  • Since our therapists have extensive experience working with children who have ASD, our sessions are designed specifically for them. They are also very flexible and can adjust a session on the fly if something just isn't clicking with your child. The best way to know if teletherapy is right for you is to talk to a member of our team and give a session a go.

  • A computer/ laptop, a webcam (usually built into the computer), and an internet connection. That's it!

  • Our pricing is based on the NDIS price guide for Speech and Occupational Therapy. The price for a therapy session with Happyer is $193 per hour.

  • Yes absolutely! Almost all of our customers are NDIS participants. If you're self-managed or plan-managed, you can use your NDIS funding to pay for therapy sessions with Happyer.

  • From the moment you're fully signed up, you can have your first session within 1-2 weeks with your new therapist.

  • Absolutely! We understand that you might have hesitations about moving ahead with teletherapy (although research shows it's as effective as in-person therapy). There are no lock-in contracts at Happyer so you can have as little or as many therapy sessions as you'd like. Try us out for a few sessions, use us until availability opens up at a local clinic, or use us as your permanent therapy provider. At the end of the day, we are here for your child's development.
