How will I know if Teletherapy is suitable for my child?

Since our therapists have extensive experience working with children who have ASD, our sessions are designed specifically for them. They are also very flexible and can adjust a session on the fly if something just isn't clicking with your child. The best way to know if teletherapy is right for you is to talk to a member of our team and give a session a go.

How long is the average therapy session at Happyer?

An average therapy session with Happyer is 45-50 mins.

What will I need to start a teletherapy session?

A computer/ laptop, a webcam (usually built into the computer), and an internet connection. That's it!

How soon can I start therapy for my child?

From the moment you're fully signed up, you can have your first session within 1-2 weeks with your new therapist.

Can I try you guys out for a few sessions?

Absolutely! We understand that you might have hesitations about moving ahead with teletherapy (although research shows it's as effective as in-person therapy). There are no lock-in contracts at Happyer so you can have as little or as many therapy sessions as you'd like. Try us out for a few sessions, use us until availability opens up at a local clinic, or use us as your permanent therapy provider. At the end of the day, we are here for your child's development.

How much does therapy cost with Happyer?

Our pricing is based on the NDIS price guide for Speech and Occupational Therapy. The price for a therapy session with Happyer is $193 per hour.

Can I pay for sessions using my childs NDIS funding?

Yes absolutely! Almost all of our customers are NDIS participants. If you're self-managed or plan-managed, you can use your NDIS funding to pay for therapy sessions with Happyer.
